How Do I Order My Prescriptions Online?
Simply place an order for your prescriptions online at Botanical Chemist Palm Cove using either an eScript (eRX) or paper prescription.
Electronic Prescription (eScript, eRX)
eScripts (eRX) are the easiest way to order your prescriptions! If you opt for an eScript (eRX), your Australian registered doctor will send
you a QR code and token via SMS or email. The token provides a link to a unique code used by the dispensing pharmacy to access the legal document for dispensing the prescription. You can enter this at the checkout when placing your order or via the MedsAdvisor app. Alternatively, you can email your QR code or token directly to us using our email address: palmcove@botanicalchemist.com.au
Paper Prescription
