Directions For Use
PRE (within 30 minutes): One to two doses to support hydration, electrolyte and energy levels. DURING (every 60 minutes): One to two doses to support hydration, endurance, stamina and performance. PRE (within 30 minutes): One dose to support rehydration and glycogen replenishment. Or take as required for your performance requirements. Adult dosing only. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.
ISOTONIC MIXING DIRECTIONS: Mix one level scoop (25g) with 350mL of water.
